No one would dispute that there is a huge difference between knowing what we should do to improve our health habits, and actually implementing the necessary changes.

At Breathing Room, we personally guide and encourage you through the four stages of change—increased awareness, contemplation, preparation, and action—that lead you to a truly effective and long-lasting transformation of your health habits.

We start by providing you with a workbook titled Inspiration. Following the steps outlined in this manual, you and your Breathing Room coach will assess your state of readiness for change—with particular focus on your motivations for losing weight and getting into shape. Once your reasons are explored and your concerns addressed to your satisfaction, together you will establish a set of achievable, healthful goals. A clearer focus coupled with your desire to change will help you bridge the gap between "knowing" and "doing."
