Our comprehensive program incorporates elements of the most effective of strength training, weight management, and behavior modification. We use the techniques we have found to be most effective after successfully implementing them with thousands of our clients over the last twenty-five years.

Upon joining Breathing Room, you'll receive a copy of Inspiration, a workbook that introduces you to The Core Studio Components upon which our programs are founded:

Transformation: The Transformation Component offers step-by-step guidance through the process of transformation, beginning with an assessment of your state of readiness for change that focuses on your motivations for losing weight and getting in shape.

Satiation: As part of the Satiation Component, you will receive a personalized version of the Eating with Intent food plan. Personalized nutritional consultations will help you evaluate and gradually modify your eating habits, and help you learn to recognize the feeling of satiation—satisfaction!

Perspiration: This component is a personalized exercise plan, developed and overseen by your Coach. The plan starts at your current level of fitness, be it professional couch potato or seasoned marathoner, and follows a gradual, sensible progression.

Attention: Training in the practice of mindfulness is the key to this Component. Mindfulness is simply paying careful attention to what you are doing and how you are feeling at any given moment. Developing mindful eating habits plays an especially significant role in learning to manage your relationship with food and controlling your weight.
