As you push and pull your body through space—using the Progressive Push & Pull System or P3—the TRX™ system converts your own weight into the resistance that will tone and strengthen all of you. No additional cumbersome weight-training equipment is required.
Whether you are a complete novice or die-hard triathlete, your Coach is free to tailor the program to your level of fitness and revise it periodically to keep it fresh, stimulating and challenging. We don't make you suffer through any more mind-numbing "one-size-fits-all" machine-based workouts!

There is universal agreement among health and fitness experts that strength training is key to an effective weight-loss program.
