- We specialize in helping people reverse osteopenia through strength training workouts that increase bone density, build muscle, increase cardiovascular fitness and flexibility, and improve balance and posture.

- Using a combination of proven stress reduction techniques, including breath-based meditation, body scans, and mindfulness practice, we help clients learn how to alleviate the negative effects of stress and restore a sense of peace and balance in everyday living
