A Wellness Consultant and Educator for over 20 years, Patty McLucas teaches Mindfulness Meditation for Stanford’s Cancer Supportive Care Program, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) for Stanford’s Health Improvement Program, where she also teaches “Eating With Intent” and “Oh! For a Good Night’s Sleep!” She is a public speaker on these topics and on mindfulness, resilience, and group health behavior. Patty has taught mindfulness, meditation and stress reduction for corporations including Apple Computer and Google. She has been meditating for over 30 years and attends silent meditation retreats yearly. Patty is also a Certified Personal Trainer providing instruction in strength training, flexibility and weight control.

Patty lives in Redwood City with her 18 year-old daughter, who is her role model for being in the present moment.
